Caron Hallahan
Ladywood Project Co-ordinator
Caron has worked at the Ladywood Community Project for nearly 30 years. Over the years, Caron has been the early years care and educational worker, the family support worker and now the Project's Coordinator, delivering a wide range of events and activities. Caron also works with local business supporters and other local organisations, schools and services to support local families.
Alison Allen
Family & Development Worker
Alison has worked in a variety of different roles within early years over the last 26 years. Most recently supporting community stay & play leaders. In her role at the Ladywood Community Project, she works with the children and their families in the stay & play group and supports different activities
