Caron Hallahan has worked at the project for 30 years, having grown up in Ladywood. She has been the coordinator for the past 3 years. She has a wealth of experience in all aspects of family support and organisation of events, trips and activities. She is determined to get the best services and opportunities for those who need help in our community
Alison Allen
Family & Development Worker
Alison has worked in a variety of different roles within early years over the last 26 years. Most recently supporting community stay & play leaders. In her role at the Ladywood Community Project, she works with the children and their families in the stay & play group and supports different activities
