Christmas Parties
Our Christmas parties are a good opportunity to get families together, helping cohesion and friendships to develop between neighbours.
We hire the ground floor of the Community centre and invite 150 children and their families to attend.For many children in the area it is their first real party and we try to make it as special and magical as possible.
In past years we have had an entertainer, a disco, facepainter and someone to do craft activities. We provide food and of course Santa sees all the children in his grotto with presents for all the children.
We ask local businesses and trusts to sponsor this event and have a team of volunteers to help us create happy memories for children at Christmas.
